Steven Powles and Tatyana Eatwell to speak on ‘The Future of International Criminal Law and Human Rights in Armed Conflict’, 5 April 2017


Steven Powles and Tatyana Eatwell have been invited by Kingsley Napley solicitors to speak in the first of a series of international criminal law lectures titled 'The Future on International Criminal Law and Human Rights in Armed Conflict'. Steven Powles will consider future cases in the ICC and the recently established Kosovo Specialist Chambers, while Tatyana Eatwell will discuss the legal implications of the government's pledge to derogate from the ECHR in future armed conflicts.
