Closing statements delivered in Module 9 of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry on Economic Response
Public hearings in Module 9 of the UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry completed on Thursday 18 December 2025, with closing statements delivered by core participants. The evidence spanned four weeks of public hearings.
Module 9 is considering: the economic support for business, jobs, the self-employed, vulnerable people, and those on benefits, and the impact of key economic interventions.
