Doughty Street Chambers wins at the inaugural Institute of Barristers’ Clerks Awards 2026

We are delighted to share that Doughty Street Chambers has won ‘Workplace of the Year’ at the inaugural Institute of Barristers’ Clerks Awards. The ‘Digital Champion’ award was won by Julie Ahadi, our Director of Operations and Strategic Planning in the ‘Innovation in Clerking/ Digital Champion’  category. 

The ‘Workplace of the Year’ award recognises Doughty Street Chambers’ commitment to culture and values, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, work-life balance and wellbeing, and the positive working environment we strive to foster throughout Chambers. 

The ‘Digital Champion’ award recognises Julie’s digital leadership and vision, innovation and impact, and the significant contribution she has made through her forward-thinking approach and commitment to improvement.
