Erimnaz Mushtaq and Gemma Daly Appointed as Fee-paid Judges of the First-tier Tribunal

Chambers is proud to announce that Erimnaz Mushtaq and Gemma Daly have been appointed as Fee-paid Judges of the First-tier Tribunal. Erim and Gemma will sit in the Social Entitlement Chamber, within the Social Security and Child Support (SSCS) Tribunal, Erim in the North West and Gemma in London.

Erim and Gemma will continue their practices—Erim in criminal defence and inquests, and Gemma in mental capacity and mental health law, as well as mediation —while undertaking their part-time judicial roles.
