Gemma Daly co-authors Court of Protection Dictionary

Gemma Daly has co-authored the 1st edition of the Court of Protection Dictionary alongside Her Honour Judge Carolyn Hilder, District Judge Lisa Clarke, District Judge Mark Mullins, Simon Heapy, Lee Parkhill, and Kriti Upadhyay. 

The Dictionary of the Court of Protection is a unique reference guide to the key concepts, cases and practice of the Court of Protection.

It covers welfare and property and financial affairs cases, with tables of relevant cases and statutes. Drawing on the authors' combined experience, the book offers a concise, practical guide to key issues and practice points in Court of Protection work.
