High Court hears challenge to decision to allow US Healthcare giant to take control of London GP surgeries

The High Court will, on 1 and 2 February 2022, hear a judicial review challenge to a decision by North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group to authorise a change of control of AT Medics Ltd, to a new group of companies, with Centene Corporation (a US Healthcare giant) holding the controlling interest. The change of control relates to all of AT Medics Ltd’s London GP practices, across a total of 49 sites, with around 375,000 patients.
