Jonathan Lennon KC involved in settlement of Unexplained Wealth Order case

Jonathan Lennon KC's client was faced with an Unexplained Wealth Order as a potential pre-cursor to potential POCA High Court civil recovery proceedings concerning assets valued in the multi million of pounds. Jonathan was Instructed by Nicola Sharp and Fran Cassidy-Taylor at Rahman Ravelli Solicitors.  Jonathan was instructed with another leading Silk in this area, Jonathan Fisher KC. Together a substantive and detailed argument to discharge the UWO was prepared and discussions opened with the NCA on settlement.  This led to agreement and the Pt 5 POCA agreed Recovery Order made by consent in November 2025.
