Max du Plessis SC, Amal Clooney, Tatyana Eatwell, Aarif Abraham and Nikila Kaushik appointed to Attorney General’s Public International Law Panel
Doughty Street Chambers is delighted to announce that Max du Plessis SC, Amal Clooney, Tatyana Eatwell, Aarif Abraham, and Nikila Kaushik have been appointed to the Attorney General’s Public International Law Panel of Counsel.
Max du Plessis SC and Amal Clooney have been appointed to Panel A, Tatyana Eatwell and Aarif Abraham to Panel B, and Nikila Kaushik to Panel C.
Members of the panels are barristers who advise the government on matters of public international law and undertake cases involving public international law on behalf of the United Kingdom government in international courts and in the courts of England and Wales. The panels are divided into A, B, and C panels based on experience in the practical application of international law as an adviser or advocate.
Their five-year terms commence on 01 January 2026.
