Doughty Street Chambers is delighted to announce that 15 of our members have been appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission's (EHRC) preferred panel of counsel.

Following an open competition, our members, including Jamie Burton KC, Jude Bunting KC, Laura Dubinsky KC, Maya Sikand KC, Adam Wagner, Angela Patrick, Catherine Meredith, Leonie Hirst, Shu Shin Luh, David Stephenson, Margherita Cornaglia, Adeola Fadipe, Clare Wisson, Gemma Daly, and Sarah Dobbie, were all successful in their applications. Panel members have been appointed for a four-year term, from 2024 to 2028.

The panel of counsel comprises preferred suppliers of legal services who work for the EHRC under a framework agreement. This agreement outlines the terms of any contracts awarded to panel members. The panel provides advice and representation to support the EHRC's legal and enforcement work in British and European courts.
