Murder acquittals

CFG, represented by Sarah Vine KC and Benjamin Narain, cleared of murder/manslaughter at Derby Crown Court, following a 4 month trial. The case related to a killing in the context of an alleged gang feud.  CFG was the only one of seven defendants to be acquitted of both murder and manslaughter.
