Nancy Williams - Healthcare and Serious Medical Treatment

Nancy regularly acts in Court of Protection matters relating to health and welfare. She is regularly instructed by the Official Solicitor, local authorities and NHS Trusts.  Nancy’s background in family law has provided valuable experience dealing with families in challenging circumstances. In addition, she has a deep understanding of the operation of the Children Act 1989. Nancy has been instructed by Great Ormond Street Hospital and local authorities in cases that have involved medical treatment. She has also been instructed to advise in circumstances where serious medical intervention is being considered.
