In these contexts, he is required to marshall highly complex and technical clinical issues engaging the principles of the MCA 2005 in both community and care settings. The remainder of his practice cuts across public law, civil litigation and human rights issues, all of which equip him with a bevy of skills that are highly relevant to SMT work.  Tom is also an Associate Lecturer in Media Law at the Goldsmiths College and has considerable experience of matters pertaining to open justice, privacy and the media.
