Doughty Street Chambers is delighted to host the Immigration seminar ‘Article 8 & Deportations’ on Monday 24 April 2017, at 6:30pm.


This seminar will form a useful update for practitioners in resisting deportations on Article 8 grounds, including an analysis of the Supreme Court decision in Hesham Ali and other developments in this sphere. The seminar will also cover the 'deport first-appeal later' regime, as well as providing practical guidance on judicial review and statutory appeal challenges.
