Doughty Street Criminal Appeals Unit is delighted to present the third in a series of seminars on criminal appeals and reviews.

This seminar will cover four potential grounds of appeal against conviction: hearsay and bad character, abuse of process, criticism of trial lawyers, and fresh evidence. It will look at how to identify and draft the points and when the Court of Appeal is likely to intervene.
