Come and learn about ‘conducive to the public good’ as it applies to deportation appeals and to deprivation of citizenship. Our experienced trainers will guide you through case law, practice and procedure in these complex cases. The seminar will cover appeals to the First-tier Tribunal and give a detailed analysis of principles applicable in the Special Immigration Appeals Commission. It will also cover SIAC’s review powers where naturalisation has been refused on good character grounds.

The speakers will update practitioners on recent developments as well as covering established principles.
