Issues around EU law and the right to reside permeate across a range of housing and related social security problems, as well as now extending to the so-called "right to rent" in the Immigration Act 2014. Aimed at those advising people caught in the intricate right to reside web, Marisa Cohen and David Cowan provide a discussion of the emerging law and practice in this area. We will discuss developments in the citizenship directive, which the Supreme Court considered in Samin v Westminster, the Appendix FM issue, and the effects of the right to rent provisions.

To reserve your place RSVP by Monday 20 June 2016.
