The upheaval in the immigration appeals system is continuing unabated. 6 April 2015 sees the introduction of perhaps the most revolutionary changes in twenty years: in particular, a shrinking of rights of appeal to people raising asylum and human rights claims. Members of Doughty Street’s expert team will introduce you to the new regime, review other recent developments and discuss the future for those with and without rights of appeal.

Speakers: Alasdair Mackenzie, Jane Elliott-Kelly and other members of the Doughty Street Immigration Team.
