This one-day course is designed to assist complainants' representatives to navigate the police complaints system with a view to safeguarding their clients' interests and securing just outcomes

  • Achieving Disclosure
  • Challenging flawed investigations
  • Complainant's role in misconduct proceedings


Please note that this course is open to complainants' lawyers only.
