Statutory protections for challenging EAWs nonetheless remain, although our courts have adopted a consistently robust approach to their interpretation. This seminar examines recent developments in the EAW caselaw, with a particular focus on the effectiveness of human rights protections under the EAW scheme and the deployment of human rights evidence when defending EAWs. The speakers will discuss recent caselaw including Janovic v LithuaniaPoland v JaskolskiSpain v Murua and Srama v Poland.
