Edward Fitzgerald QC and Joe Middleton contribute to "Sentencing in Capital Cases"

Doughty Street Chambers is proud to have collaborated with our long-standing friends at the Death Penalty Project in the publication of a new resource, "Sentencing in Capital Cases".  The publication is written by Edward Fitzgerald QC, Joe Middleton, and Amanda Clift-Matthews.

The publication is designed to offer practical assistance to judges, defence lawyers, prosecutors, and others who work on capital cases, on the sentencing principles and procedures that have been adopted in common law jurisdictions following the abolition of the mandatory death penalty.
