Theo Huckle QC and Christopher Johnson draw on their recent cases to identify issues/challenges for claimants commencing proceedings.

Theo will address issues about adding new claimants with potential limitation issues.

Chris will address service and deemed service of the claim form and particulars of claim, and retrospective applications for extension of time, by reference to a recent decision in the County Court and its upcoming appeal.
