Congratulations to all our winners at the Inspirational Women of the Year Awards and the Advocate Bar Pro Bono Awards 2022

Doughty Street Chambers is thrilled to announce our own Sian Wilkins, Senior Civil Practice Manager was awarded ‘Mentor of the Year’ at this year’s First 100 Years’ Inspirational Women in Law Awards.  This award recognises those within the legal profession whose dedication to their role as mentor has contributed to increasing equality within the legal profession.

Three further wins followed swiftly on at this year’s Advocate Bar Pro Bono Awards 2022, for Tatyana Eatwell (International Pro Bono Barrister of the Year), Catherine Meredith (Junior Pro Bono Barrister of the Year - with special mention to Abigail Bright) and “leading the way at the Bar”, DSC’s Green Team headed by Ben Cooper KC (Sustainability Initiative of the Year).

In a year of an unparalleled number of nominees since their foundation in 1997, the Bar Pro Bono Awards is the flagship event of the Bar’s pro bono charity, Advocate (supported by the Bar Council). The awards represent an annual opportunity to highlight the Bar’s pro bono achievements and unsung heroes in this area of work, celebrating the commitment of those who are working to champion access to justice.
