Doughty Street Chambers and The Community Law Partnership are delighted to host to our latest seminar presented by expert speakers Dominic Preston and Gemma Daly.
Dominic and Gemma will be providing an introduction to the Court of Protection. The training will cover the Court’s jurisdiction, procedure, and practice. There will be a particular focus on section 21A challenges to authorisations for deprivations of liberty in care homes and hospitals. This will provide an overview on the Court of Protection as relevant to housing practitioners.
