Administrative and public law is at the heart of Doughty Street Chambers, with most of our barristers having experience of public law issues arising out of their respective practice areas. However, in addition we house a number of heavyweight public law practitioners who are well-equipped to deal with complex constitutional, administrative and human rights related public law cases. There is also a considerable body of junior practitioners who specialise in social welfare cases, regularly dealing with urgent cases.
