Judicial review is a powerful tool available to criminal and sanctions practitioners, yet it is often left untried. Unfamiliar forms, High Court procedure and tight time limits can deter lawyers from pursuing what may be the only route to challenge an unlawful decision: a ruling by the magistrates' court, the Crown Court, a decision by a prosecuting or investigating authority, or reviewing a sanctions designation, and/or investigation and enforcement decisions by OFSI.

This seminar is designed for lawyers with little or no experience of the Administrative Court who want the confidence to act, including in urgent or expedited claims.
