Are you considering a career at the Bar?
Join Doughty Street Chambers (DSC) for an Open Day, where you'll have the chance to explore your aspirations with barristers and staff committed to social justice. This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn about life as a barrister, develop insights into the profession, and understand how the law can be a powerful tool for change.
What to Expect
Presentations and pathways to becoming a Barrister. Networking with DSC Barristers and staff.
We are currently recruiting three Pupils for 2026/27 entry to Chambers. 1x General Pupillage, 1x Immigration Pupillage and 1x Housing and Community Care Pupillage. Applications for Pupillage will go live on the Pupillage Gateway from Thursday 2 January 2025 and close on Thursday 6 February 2025.
We encourage prospective applicants to join our open day for insight in the profession.
DSC encourages applications from underrepresented groups at the Bar including women, racialised minorities, neurodivergent and disabled, those who identify as LGBTQ+, as well as candidates from other underrepresented groups.
