The slides are available here.

The transcript is available here.

Join Doughty Street Mediators to discuss key challenges and opportunities in using mediation.

At this launch event, we will focus on:

  • encouraging clients to engage in mediation - paths to success
  • developing mediation in medical cases and in the workplace
  • making mediation mandatory - what it may mean
  • mediating as a tool to tackle the climate crisis.

It's an opportunity to hear from our mediators and discuss questions around making mediation work in a changing environment.
