With particular reference to the Tribunal case of Aydogdu [2017] UKUT 167 the right to reside in the UK will be considered.  Up to date information will be given on how the case is being applied in the courts and progress of the issue in the Court of Appeal. 

The changes in the Immigration Rules in June 2018 (HC 1154) in respect of Turkish business persons. How they are affecting applications. 

Regarding rights of appeal, the impact of the case of Akturk and update on its progress in the Court of Appeal.

Finally, some consideration to the possible impact of Brexit on the Agreement, including the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, and the above matters.
