Acquitted of All Counts in Maids Moreton Murders

Following a three month trial before Mr Justice Sweeney in Oxford Crown Court, Martyn Smith was today acquitted of all counts on an indictment alleging two murders and several frauds against him. He was represented by Tim Moloney QC. Tim led Steve Garrett and was instructed by OWN Solicitors.
