Application for fresh inquests into Stardust tragedy, Adam Straw represents families

The fire at the Stardust Disco in Artane on Valentines Day 14 February 1981 is described as the worst disaster to have occurred in the history of the Irish state. 48 young people died, and 214 were treated in hospital for injuries. There has never been a conclusive and effective investigation into the fire. The families of the deceased have applied to the Attorney General for fresh inquests into the tragedy.

Adam Straw represents the families, instructed by Darragh Mackin of Phoenix Law Solicitors.
