Ben Cooper sworn in as Queen’s Counsel

We are extremely proud to congratulate Ben Cooper QC who was sworn on Monday, 16 March as Queen's Counsel. Ben is the joint leader of our extradition team and joins our market-leading team of 34 Silks who practise across all areas of domestic and international crime, public and administrative law, and a range of other civil and criminal practice areas.

Described as ‘exceptional’, ‘innovative and creative’ Ben Cooper QC has featured in a long list of leading authorities, securing the discharge of the alleged computer hackers, Gary McKinnon and Lauri Love, the successful appellant in HH v Italy and a host of high profile extradition test cases.
