City Solicitor acquitted of fraud – Sept 2021

Jonathan Lennon was instructed by Martin Pizzey of Stephensons Solicitors in a case that involved a solicitor being accused of fraud by abuse of position in relation to his use of his father’s estate. The complaint was made by a family member.  Following robust representations about failings in the prosecution case, legal and evidential, the Crown offered no evidence before trial.
