Doughty Street Manchester on the Move

Marking ten years in Manchester, Doughty Street Chambers are delighted to announce that their offices are moving to the prestigious 3 Hardman Square building within the vibrant business district of Spinningfields.

Spinningfields has quickly established itself as the heart of the business community in Manchester and with many leading firms from the legal sector also setting up offices in the area it seemed like the natural choice when selecting new work space.

Clients can enjoy the smart and comfortable surroundings Hardman Square has to offer as well as meeting rooms equipped with the latest AV technology for seamless digital working. There are also breakout areas where more informal meetings and networking flourish.

Chambers is perfectly located a stone’s throw from both Manchester Crown Court (Crown Square) and the Civil Justice Centre, is only a short walk to the Employment Tribunal and Coroners Court, thus reflecting the diversity of work undertaken by the practitioners operating from its Manchester base. Clients can also take advantage of the many restaurants and boutique shops that sit alongside the businesses that help compliment the area.

The move follows Chambers investment not only in its regional offices but across all of its sites. Major work has recently been completed in London with state of the art technology being installed in its many conference rooms and completion of a new seminar hall for various Chambers events.

It is not only investment in bricks, mortar and IT either, after a very successful 2018 that saw Chambers grow in numbers in Manchester, specialist employment practitioner Paras Gorasia joining along with the appointment of support staff, Regional Business Development Manager – Peter Finkill-Coombs and Marketing and Administrative Assistant – Richard Everingham.

We look forward to welcoming both new and existing clients to our new work space!
