Emma Goodall KC represented an Army Officer Cadet acquitted of rape

An Officer Cadet at Sandhurst was tried before the Judge Advocate General and a six-member Board, in a Court Martial at Bulford. He was accused of raping a fellow Officer Cadet who was alleged to have lacked the capacity to consent.

The case involved complex psychiatric and psychological evidence to address the complainant’s amnesia and motor function. The client was found not guilty by the Board is less than 30 minutes.
