Farrhat Arshad KC secures multiple acquittals

Following a four week trial at the Gloucester Crown Court, Farrhat Arshad KC’s client was acquitted of three counts of rape and two counts of indecent assault against three complainants. The case involved historic allegations and involved consideration of volumes of disclosure from the local authority, section 41 YJCE 1999 and bad character applications.
