Gareth Rees KC joins as an Associate

We are thrilled to announce that Gareth Rees KC has joined us as an Associate.

Gareth, with a background in criminal and regulatory law, has an extensive career advising corporate clients and individuals. His roles include serving as the Director of Enforcement at the FRC, where he led a team investigating and prosecuting misconduct by directors and auditors in major cases affecting the UK public interest. He has also been a partner in two large US law firms, leveraging his expertise to advise global clients on UK criminal and regulatory matters, involving international travel and collaboration with various regulators. Gareth has been involved in high-profile cases such as the SFO Petrofac bribery investigation and the Horizon Post Office Public Inquiry. Additionally, he has been an active member of the RFU Disciplinary Panel for 15 years, chairing numerous high-profile appeal panels.
