Joe Stone KC secured a murder acquittal on a death by shooting in the context of a premediated assassination in North London – R v DD . The prosecution case was dependent on cell site evidence and video evidence linking the defendant to the killing. There were also complications in terms of hostile defences advanced by some of the seven other defendants.
