Joe Stone QC successful in dismissing murder count carrying 25 year term of imprisonment

Joe Stone QC was successful in dismissing a murder count (carrying a minimum term of 25 years imprisonment – murder by carrying knife to the scene). The prosecution case depended on cell site evidence, video evidence, bad character and forensic trace evidence that there were said to connect the defendant to the murder. The defendant was discharged from custody:  R v MH – instructing solicitor was Yaser Taj from Mi Solicitors, Handsworth, Birmingham.
