Jude Bunting awarded The Times Lawyer of the Week

Doughty Street Chambers are delighted to congratulate Jude Bunting for being awarded The Times Lawyer of the Week.

Jude was awarded Lawyer of the Week as he acted for Emily Hunt at the Court of Appeal, where she was challenging the Crown Prosecution Service’s decision not to prosecute a man who filmed her naked. The court ruled unanimously that doing so without consent is voyeurism and the CPS will now review its decision.
