Judge Acquits in Demolition Case

Paul Mason secured the acquittal of DS and his architecture company, following prosecution under Regulation 41 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010.  His client had faced charges of directing the demolition of a property containing a bat roost.
