Kirsty Brimelow QC gave evidence before the House of Lords Constitution Committee which scrutinised the use of emergency Covid laws and powers during the pandemic. Included in her evidence was an examination of police overreach and wrongful prosecutions. The report of the Committee was published on 10 June 2021.
