Laura Dubinsky KC awarded The Times Lawyer of the Week

Doughty Street Chambers is delighted to congratulate Laura Dubinsky KC for being The Times Lawyer of the Week.

Laura Dubinsky KC led a team acting for a migrant woman held for 21 days at Manston short-term holding facility in Kent; for the Public and Commercial Services trade union, and for the charity Detention Action, in the first legal action against the Home Office over the unlawful detention and mistreatment of people held at the former military base.
