Murder acquittals

DC and TP, represented by David Bentley KC and Kirsty Brimelow KC, leading Yvonne Kramo, cleared of murder/manslaughter at Old Bailey, following a 5 week trial. Case related to a killing in a high street barber’s shop. David Bentley KC (instructed by Paul Benson at McLartys Solicitors) led Brian Kennedy of Rose Court Chambers.
