Paul Mason’s Client Acquitted of Kidnap and ABH

23rd September 2021:  Paul Mason’s 18 year old client was unanimously acquitted of kidnap and assault occasioning actual bodily harm at Snaresbrook Crown Court today.  JR was one of four defendants said to have threatened the Complainant with knives, a machete and an axe, before taking him to a forest and then JR’s home, where it was alleged the Complainant was beaten in retaliation for an earlier robbery.
