Sanctions Information Offences: Markus Findlay Published in WorldECR

Markus Findlay has published an article in WorldECR, The Journal of Export Controls and Sanctions. 

In this piece, Markus examines the information offences created by the UK’s 35 sanctions regimes. Drawing on case studies from both the UK and US, he also provides practical advice on engaging effectively with key regulators, including the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
