Successful application to dismiss in sexual offences case

AM, who is subject to a SHPO for life, was charged on a two-count indictment alleging breach of SHPO and failure to comply with notification requirements. At the contested hearing, both charges were dismissed by the judge who accepted defence submissions in relation to the admissibility of the evidence, bringing the case against AM to an end.
