Theo Huckle QC to speak at the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers Annual Conference after groundbreaking High Court judgement

In a late change to the programme of it’s prestigious Annual Conference on 16-17 May 2019, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) has invited Theo Huckle QC to speak to delegates about the recent Court of Appeal judgment in Royal Opera House v Goldscheider [2019] EWCA Civ 711; [2019] 4 WLUK 309, in which Theo's groundbreaking High Court judgment [2018] EWHC 687 (QB); [2018] 3 WLUK 704 establishing liability for orchestra pit noise exposure causing career-ending acoustic shock injury to world class viola player Christopher Goldscheider, with its obvious implications for health and welfare of musicians and others in the music/entertainment industry going forward, has been upheld by the Court of Appeal.
