Tunde Okewale’s client unanimously acquitted in multi-handed case

Following a two-week trial at Inner London Crown Court, Tunde's client was unanimously acquitted of possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life. The prosecution case was that the defendants were part of a gang turf war, resulting in a shootout on Tuesday, 13th April 2021, at approximately 14:30, in a children’s play area in south London. A handgun was discharged at least twice towards a victim group who were within the children’s play area.
