Whole life sentence avoided in triple murder case
David Bentley KC, leading Benjamin Narain represented Nicolas Prosper at his sentencing following his guilty pleas to three murders and associated charges.
Prosper, aged 19, was at risk of a whole life term. In the event the court decided a lengthy minimum term met the justice of the case.
