Zia Nabi wins Outstanding Achievement Award at LALY Awards 2022

We are thrilled to congratulate Zia Nabi on receiving the Outstanding Achievement Award at this year’s LALY Awards 2022. Zia has been involved in cutting edge cases throughout his career at the Bar and has been described as ‘never being afraid to challenge settled law’ (Chambers & Partners 2022).

Zia was presented with the award by Baroness Helena Kennedy QC at a live ceremony in central London on 12 July. The awards are organised by the Legal Aid Practitioners’ Group on a not-for-profit basis to celebrate the work of grassroots lawyers doing publicly-funded work.
